1. Acceptance of terms

By using Arrendati, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service description

Arrendati is a SaaS platform that provides infrastructure for direct rental, including:

• Identity and property validation
• Digital contract generation
• Automated payment management
• Rent insurance

Arrendati is not a real estate agency and does not manage properties directly.

3. Fees

Fees include:

• Enrollment fee: $20,000 COP
• Policy study: 8% of monthly rent (one-time)
• Monthly collection: 1% of monthly rent

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Complying with applicable laws
• Managing your property according to regulations

5. Limitation of liability

Arrendati provides infrastructure tools. We are not responsible for disputes between property owners and tenants, nor for daily property management.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page.
